biography


Ronald Lento is classically trained as a professional chef and baker. He has worked in the USA, Italy, Germany and the UK.

His experience covers cooking for and managing single and group restaurants, as well as being executive chef for all outlets
in multi-national restaurant and hotel groups. He also has extensive new product development experience with food retailers
and manufacturers.

He has opened many restaurants, revived others, and enhanced reputations and profitability in places as varied as Wagamama,
The Grill on the Alley in Beverly Hills, Sony Studios, Universal Studios and the Maxwell Restaurant Group.
He has also managed catering for events - including Academy Award ceremonies - with up to 10,000 guests.

He now works for restaurants, food manufacturers and retailers as a food consultant

His achievements include:

• Opened 21 restaurants to date
• Trained hundreds of chefs and kitchen staff
